Student Spotlight! Cooper Peat

For the very first athlete spotlight this year we have Cooper! A 15 year old sophomore who is enthusiastic about basketball and has been since age 4. Cooper has a lot of stuff to look forward to and many goals to pursue because of him being on the team.

Cooper joined the basketball team because he has always loved basketball, and he says it’s a productive hobby that can benefit him and keep him out of trouble. Speaking of productivity, Cooper is looking forward to college coaches in the near future so he can get a scholarship one day. Many people come to the games every weekend, and that includes said college coaches looking to offer scholarships to talented players such as Cooper. Another goal Cooper has is hitting a thousand points as well.

Cooper also has a rigorous routine, with practice being pretty much everyday and games against other schools are held every weekend. This is no burden for Cooper though, but rather a passion. The basketball team here does pretty well actually, with a 75% win rate, our great team does not lose very often as compared to other schools. Can you be surprised though with our great team that trains hard everyday and has passionate players such as Cooper?

Overall Cooper is a sophomore who really loves basketball and has many goals he would like to achieve one day. From college to hitting points, I’m sure he can do it.
