Seniors on Senior Night

              It’s spring so there’s a new sport in school news. That’s right boys and girls lacrosse season is here  and this season there’s a lot of buzz about them! The boys lacrosse team is 12-4. They were in the playoffs this year and their elimination game against Berkeley Prep was on April 16. Unfortunately, they lost to Berkeley Prep 4-15. Their season is now over but they had a very good run with a national ranking of 814.

        Some of the key players and major stat leaders are Anthony Iserino, who led the team in goals per game with an average of 5.3 goals in each game. After him is Thomas Waskovich, who averaged 2.2 goals per game. Those two also lead the team in shot percentage with Thomas Waskovich with .470% shot percentage and Anthony Iserino with a .467% shot percentage. The main defender is Levi Lopez, who  lead the team in save percentage with a .555% for the season. All around the team had a great, dominating and succesful season. Go Wildcats!
